It was a LONG day, but we finally made it. Sarah-Grace was so tired this morning after staying up late to go to the night market, and it was hard getting her out of bed and out the door to leave for the airport at 7:00 am. Once we got to the airport though, she woke up. She was so excited by the airplanes. We watched several take off and she shot some video footage. She pointed out each one, "cool!"
All of our flights were on time and uneventful. Sarah-Grace did a great job all day long. She slept pretty well on the first 2 flights and played with some toys and crafts my Mom had packed for her. She stayed excited about seeing the planes at every airport.
We made it home a few minutes early. Dad and all the kids except Daniel were waiting for us as we came out, as well as my Dad's sister and her husband. While were waiting for our luggage, my Mom's sister and her family and Daniel (who spent the week with them) met us there.
Now we're home and the kids are playing. The cousins came over for awhile and played tag and hide-and-go-seek outside. I think the nerf guns are coming out now. It's good to all be together as a family of 9.
I've currently misplaced my camera (but I know it's at home) and the batteries are dead and my recharger is packed in our lost luggage (the one problem we had on the way home), so pictures will come later.
